“In early 2015 my Doctor and Nutritionist referred me to Lynn McDonald to help address the inflammation in my gut and low B vitamin levels. Medically I had been diagnosed with a genetic abnormality that made it difficult for my body to detoxify, created an environment for inflammation, and prevented my body from properly using vitamins and nutrients. Many of the foods that are healthy to eat made me sick. I had a lot of allergies and the list was growing.
For a few months, I saw Lynn in person. She tested me, pinpointed areas of weakness and identified supplements to help my body deal with abnormalities. When we moved she began using surrogate testing to assess what my body needed. I can’t say I understand how it works, but I can say it has been effective. I continue to see positive changes.
